The hotel is quite spacious with clean but old rooms that were cold and draughty, yet overall comfortable. The service was fantastic, particularly from staff members Jaylene and Xena, with other team members equally pleasant. The location is amazing, close to the city center and all necessary amenities. The dining experience varied from a basic piece of toast to a well-stocked continental style, but lacked hot breakfast options. The facilities are sufficient for a pleasant stay.
